Yes, absolutely you can contact me anytime via phone or email and i will get back to you as soon as possible.
Yes, there will be a discount if more than one child attends. Ill offer a family discount of 10% for the second, or consecutive children.
I am happy to have you join us before or after the appointment, but to achieve the best results I find having the one on one with the children works best.
For each one on one session there will be take home sheets or some skills for your child to work on. This will give you the information about what was covered and anything you can do at home to help with what was taught during the session. It is always good to discuss each session with your child to see what they have learnt.
Please let me know as soon as possible preferably prior to 24 hours of appointment and we will re-schedule.
The program is structured in a way to provide flexibility, so that certain needs may be addressed during an appointment or when required. If your child has an issue that they would like to be covered during a session, they can discuss this with me at the beginning of a session. If the parent / carer has a concern that you would like me to address then this can be discussed either by phone or email prior to the start of the next appointment. It’s important that we work together to gain the best results for your child.
Each session is private and confidential. The children need to know that what is discussed is safe and for my ears only. However, if at any time I believe that the child is at risk it is my responsibility to address this as appropriate. If there is something discussed that i think you need to know about, then I will ask the child if it is okay for me to share with you about it or advise them to talk with you. Coaching is about instilling trust in the child and enabling them to make wise decisions for themselves.
